It is with a mix of sadness and gratitude that we write to inform you that Eye Associates of Locust Grove has permanently closed, effective 9/6. We want to express our sincere appreciation to our patients for your trust and loyalty over the years.

We understand that continuity of care is essential, and we want to assist you in seamlessly transitioning to new healthcare providers. The doctors at Eye Associates of Smyrna and The Eye Center Conyers are welcoming Locust Grove patients.

Additionally, your medical records will be securely maintained at The Eye Center Conyers for a period of time required by law. You may request them here.
